VALE OF MOWBRAY METHODIST CHURCH IN NORTHALLERTON
Northallerton is the largest worshipping community of the Vale of Mowbray Methodist Church both in size and numbers.
We are a community of mixed ages ( though mainly retired) and backgrounds who celebrate the living God in our worship and activities offering friendship to all.
We have close links with the other churches in the town and our Holy Communion Service on Wednesday mornings alternates between the Methodist Church and All Saints Parish Church across the road.

Our Mission
The calling of Northallerton Methodist community is to respond to the gospel of God’s love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission

Safeguarding
The Methodist Church, along with the whole Christian community, believes each person has a value and dignity which comes directly from God’s creation in God’s own image and likeness. Christians see this as fulfilled by God’s re-creation of us in Christ. Among other things, this implies a duty to value all people as bearing the image of God and therefore to protect them from harm.
